Make a Reservation

How do I reserve a table?

Online, in just a few steps: on the reservation page, choose the restaurant, date, and time—with immediate confirmation. LINFA has seven tables and twenty-two seats per seating: advance reservations are always recommended.

Is it necessary to plan ahead?

For weekends, holidays, and the months from May through September, we recommend allowing a few weeks’ lead time. For same-day reservations, it’s always worth checking availability online: the schedules are updated in real time.

What is the difference between LINFA and Cum Quibus?

LINFA is our fine-dining restaurant, awarded one star in the 2026 * MICHELIN * Guide: contemporary Tuscan cuisine created by Chef Giovanni Cerroni, an intimate dining room with seven tables, and tasting menus. Cum Quibus is our everyday Tuscan bistro, led by Chef Guido Pasquinucci: traditional dishes, from Mezzovo® to pappardelle with wild boar, served in a convivial setting with an outdoor courtyard during the warmer months.

Where are they located?

Both are located in the historic center of San Gimignano, just a few minutes' walk from each other: LINFA at Piazza Sant’Agostino 19/A, and Cum Quibus at Via San Martino 17.

How much does it cost to eat at LINFA?

Three tasting menus, plus a basic menu. “ MIMESI,” €135: a tasting featuring the best pairings and the latest creations. “ Mano Libera,” €120: the guest creates the menu—four savory dishes plus one dessert, five courses, just like the fingers on a hand. For lunch, there’s “ Pranzo Paradiso,” €70: three dishes of your choice, “ Mano Libera ”-style. Details are on the LINFA menu.

How much does it cost to eat at Cum Quibus?

À la carte, featuring the restaurant’s signature dishes: the Mezzovo®, pappardelle with Tuscan wild boar, rosticciana, the Fiorentina steak, and the family-recipe tiramisu. For those who want the full experience, choose “ I Classici di CQ ”: twenty years of history in five dishes, a complete tasting menu for 70€. Details are on the Cum Quibus menu.

What is Mezzovo®?

Cum Quibus’s signature dish, on the menu since 2013: Pienza pecorino mousse, soft egg yolk, and fresh truffle.

Days and times

When is LINFA open?

Wednesday through Sunday, for lunch and dinner. Lunch is served from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., and dinner from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Closed Monday and Tuesday.

When is Cum Quibus open?

Open Thursday through Monday for lunch and dinner. Lunch hours are from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., and dinner hours are from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Closed Tuesday and Wednesday.

How to Get There

Where can I park?

The restaurants are located in a Low-Traffic Zone: it’s best to leave your car outside the city walls. We recommend parking at P3 or P4; from there, take the elevator and follow the pedestrian path to the historic center—you’ll easily reach Via San Martino and Piazza Sant’Agostino.

Do you also arrive by helicopter?

We partner with “Helipad Bassetto,” located just a few minutes from San Gimignano. The service provides full transportation for up to six people.

Is there a dress code?

No dress code: a casual-chic look is recommended.

Are children welcome?

We look forward to welcoming your entire family. Please let us know in advance if children will be attending so that we can arrange the seating, ensure everyone’s comfort, and have a selection of dishes specially prepared for them.

Can I bring my pet?

We’d be happy to welcome your pets. Please let us know in advance so we can make room for them and set out a bowl of fresh water.

Allergies, food intolerances, or special dietary needs?

We use all kinds of allergens in our kitchens; cross-contamination or trace amounts are always possible. If something could cause you harm, please let us know as far in advance as possible: this way, we can protect your health and offer you the best experience. Can you eat outside?

At Cum Quibus, during the warmer months, the outdoor courtyard is one of the most popular spots in the restaurant: tables are assigned based on daily availability. At LINFA, dinner is served in the dining room, surrounded by contemporary art.
