Allergen Note: All finished products listed on the menus contain the following as ingredients or in trace amounts: cereals and their derivatives containing gluten, shellfish and products thereof, eggs and products thereof, fish and products thereof, peanuts and derived products, soybeans and derived products, milk and derived products, nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios, etc.) and derived products, celery and derived products, mustard and products thereof, seeds of sesame and derived products, sulfur dioxide e sulfites in concentrations higher than 10mg/lt or Kg, lupins and derived products, shellfish and derived products.
The staff is aware of the ingredients used in the preparations, PLEASE INFORM US IMMEDIATELY REGARDING ANY INTOLERANCES AND/OR ALLERGIES IN ORDER TO PREPARE DISHES COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR NEEDS.

Food allergens: all our food contain, as ingredients or in traces all the allergens reported: cereals containing gluten namely wheat (such as spelt and khorasan wheat), rye, barley, oats and their hybridised strains and products thereof, crustaceans and products thereof (for example prawns, lobster, crabs and crayfish), egg and products thereof, fish and products thereof, peanuts and products thereof, soybeans and products thereof, milk and products thereof (including lactose), nuts (namely almond, hazelnut, walnut, cashew, pecan nut, brazil nut, pistachio nut and macadamia nut (queensland nut)) and products thereof, celery and products thereof, mustard and products thereof, sesame seeds and products thereof, lupin and products thereof, molluscs and products thereof (for example mussels, clams, oysters, scallops, snails and squid), sulphur dioxide and/ or sulphites at concentrations of more than 10mg/kg or 10mg/l (litre) in terms of the total so2 which are to be calculated for products as proposed ready for consumption or as reconstituted according to the instructions of the manufacturers.
