The Four Categories
Essential. These ensure the website functions properly: secure browsing, your chosen language, and the storage of your cookie preferences. Without them, the website cannot function, including the booking process. We do not ask for your consent regarding these cookies, in accordance with Article 122 of the Privacy Code.
Preferences. These remember settings that make your visit more convenient, such as the language selector setting. They are active only with your consent.
Statistics. They tell us how many people visit the site, which pages they view, and where they come from. They help us understand whether we’re communicating effectively. We use Google Analytics in aggregated form. These features are enabled only with your consent.
Marketing. They measure whether our ads on Google, Facebook, and Instagram actually bring people to our table. Without them, we’re spending blindly. They’re only activated with your consent.

On what basis do we use them?
For necessary cookies: Article 122 of the Personal Data Protection Code, which does not require consent.
For preferences, statistics, and marketing: your consent, pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, subparagraph (a) of the European Regulation 2016/679. We never assume you have given your consent: until you make a choice, those cookies remain disabled.

If the data leaves Europe
Google Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited may transfer certain data to their respective parent companies in the United States, Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc.
The transfer is based on the adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission on July 10, 2023, regarding the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, to which both parent companies adhere, supplemented by the standard contractual clauses referred to in Article 46 of European Regulation 2016/679.
This transfer applies only to the statistical categories related to marketing, so it will only take place if you have accepted them.
How much is left?
Each cookie has its own expiration time: you can find it in the “Maximum Storage Duration” column of the table below. It ranges from a single session—which ends when you close your browser—to a maximum of two years.
A record of your choice is kept for twelve months so that we can verify when and how you made it. After that period, we will ask you again.
How He Changes His Mind

Withdrawing consent is just as simple as giving it. The withdrawal takes effect from that moment onward: it does not render the data collected previously unlawful.
